For Former (Already have graduated) LCHS Students: To request a transcript, please fill out the form from the LCHS Transcript Request link. Please enter all addresses to where you would like for the unofficial and official transcript to be sent to. LCHS Registrar Mrs. Holly Menville, [email protected], will be receiving the information from the form and will process your request. Please allow a week for processing.
