LCHS Transcript Request Form

Current Students:

Copies of transcripts must be requested 48 hours prior to the date needed. Transcripts can be requested by clicking on the link above. We DO NOT issue unofficial transcripts for current students. Unofficial transcripts can be found in Skyward in the "Portfolio" tile. Official transcripts will be mailed or sent electronically to the college/university requested. We cannot email official transcripts to students.

Las copias de las transcripciones deben solicitarse 48 horas antes de la fecha necesaria. Las transcripciones se pueden solicitar haciendo clic en el enlace de arriba.

NO emitimos transcripciones no oficiales. Las transcripciones no oficiales se pueden encontrar en Skyward en el mosaico "Portafolio". Las transcripciones oficiales se enviarán por correo o electrónicamente. Las tres primeras transcripciones oficiales son gratuitas. Al estudiante se le cobrará a través de Myschoolbucks al final del año escolar.
