About Us

Lake Creek High School, Montgomery ISD's second comprehensive high school, first opened its doors to students on August 21, 2018.

We are located on the west side of FM 2854, approximately 2 miles south of the intersection of Highway 105. And to be honest, it's pretty awesome here!

Welcome to Lake Creek!

Lake Creek High School is pleased to introduce Michelle Trotter as the next Head Coach of the Girls' Basketball team! All OHJH and LCHS athletes interested in welcoming Coach Trotter, are invited to a Meet and Greet on Monday, May 18th at 6:30 PM in the LCHS Lecture Hall.
